Titulaire d\u2019un Master en sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et d\u2019un brevet d\u2019enseignement, elle est sp\u00e9cialiste des questions d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de diversit\u00e9 dans la formation. Elle a men\u00e9 de nombreux projets en lien avec l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9 dans la formation, notamment la conceptualisation et la r\u00e9alisation du mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique L\u2019\u00e9cole de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 ou la mise \u00e0 disposition de produits menstruels dans les \u00e9coles vaudoises. Cette phrase, aussi anodine qu\u2019elle paraisse, pose un d\u00e9fi int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 notre cerveau. Le professeur est-il une femme\u00a0? Et si c\u2019est le cas, devrions-nous dire \u00ab la professeuse \u00bb\u00a0? Et les \u00e9tudiants sont-ils constitu\u00e9s de femmes et d\u2019hommes\u00a0? <br>La langue fran\u00e7aise, comme d\u2019autres langues, a subi plusieurs vagues de masculinisation dont une importante au 17<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle. D\u00e8s lors, des mots comme \u00ab autrice \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 litt\u00e9ralement gomm\u00e9s de la langue et le masculin a pris une valeur dominante. Nous exposerons quelques travaux scientifiques qui montrent les effets de cette masculinisation au 21<sup>e <\/sup>si\u00e8cle. Puis, nous nous pencherons sur d\u2019autres pratiques langagi\u00e8res courantes qui nous contraignent \u00e9galement \u00e0 percevoir le monde au travers d\u2019un prisme masculin. Si ces manifestations correspondent \u00e0 des limitations durables et stables, les textes de loi pr\u00e9sents dans la Constitution f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, dans la Loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur la formation professionnelle et dans la Loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur l\u2019\u00e9limination des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s frappant les personnes handicap\u00e9es donnent les bases juridiques permettant la compensation des d\u00e9savantages pour les personnes consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme handicap\u00e9es (de par le fait que le trouble, durable, emp\u00eache la personne de suivre une formation ou la g\u00eane dans l\u2019accomplissement de ses activit\u00e9s).
